One area of the car that is rarely cleaned by the owner is the engine room.
In fact, if the engine room is cleaned, the components in the engine can maintain its condition.
However, it cannot be careless when washing the engine room.
There is something you have to do, to avoid short circuit, or even damage to electrical components.
"To clean the engine room usually uses degreaser," said Andre Owner of Auto Bling, Premium Car Wash & Detailling.
Andre asserted, before washing the engine room, you should first find out where the electrical components are located.
"The position of the ECU, fuses, and electrical-related components, it should be covered with plastic, so try not to get the water part," explained Andre.
Then after the electrical components are ensured to be safe, prepare a water spray.
"So spray with plain water on the part you want to clean, except for the part that has been covered before," Andre said.
